I spent my Christmas at a hotel which offered quality service at a low cost. The hotel rooms were spacious and the buffet-style dinner and breakfast had a great selection for vegans and vegetarians. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate in explaining the contents of each dish. The hot spring bath was massive and provided the perfect place to relax. The hotel was conveniently located near the station, main shopping street, a beautiful river, and the beach.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. I wish the hotel had a private rental bath for guests who want a bit more privacy.
